Membership

  • Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and organisations of any description from anywhere in the world. By registering as a human being, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • Membership Options: We offer a monthly membership plan and an annual membership plan. Details of the membership plan can be found on our membership page. 
  • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.

Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
  • Billing Cycle: Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis or an annual basis, depending on what you choose. The billing cycle starts on the day of registration and renews automatically.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for membership fees.

User Conduct

  • Expected Behaviours: Members are expected to:
    • - Treat other members with respect and courtesy.
      • - Use the site for lawful purposes only.
  • Prohibited Actions: Members are prohibited from:
    • - Sharing their account with others.
      • - Using the site for illegal or improper or unethical activities.
    • - Harassing or harming other members.
  • Vouchers issued by One Humanity Movement: Members agree that if vouchers issued by OHM are presented to them for conversion into services or products, they will honour those vouchers and issue invoices for payment directly to OHM. OHM agrees to pay such invoices within seven days of receipt. 
  • Mistakes: OHM acknowledges that it may make mistakes in implementing the purpose, vision and goals expressed in the contents of this website. OHM agrees to rectify any such mistakes to the best of its abilities and available resources. 

Content Usage

  • Intellectual Property: All content on the site, including text, images, and videos, is the property of One Humanity Movement or its licensors. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission.

Termination

  • Termination by Member: Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings.
  • Termination by One Humanity Movement: We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms and conditions or breaches of the codes of conduct or values of the organization.

Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Data Protection: We implement appropriate reasonable security measures to protect your personal data.
  • Liability for losses: One Humanity Movement is a not for profit organisation and if this website is hacked or attacked by anyone in unlawful ways, then One Humanity Movement is not liable for any losses incurred by you.

  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
